In the unitized system the curtain wall is composed of large units that are assembled and glazed in the factory shipped to the site and erected on the building. A curtain wall system is an outer covering of a building in which the outer walls are non structural utilized only to keep the weather out and the occupants in.

This would further require scaffolding cranes etc. The stick curtain wall system includes components to be assembled by piece upon construction on site installed in low rise buildings or small areas. If your project doesn t suit most of the criteria for a unitized system your other option is to use a stick built system.
